WHO WE ARE
Our Crüe is dedicated to educating, preventing, and supporting those impacted by suicide in our community. We are committed to providing a safe space for individuals to share their stories, access resources, and find a supportive community. Our Crüe is passionate about making a difference by breaking the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and bringing light to suicide prevention and awareness.

Our Story
The suicide of Maxwell Dempsey Wombles is a heartbreaking loss for his family and friends. Brought together to support each other, mourn and remember, an idea to have a memorial golf tournament in Max's honor materialized. From that idea, our foundation began to grow and in 2022 The Maxwell Wombles Crüe was founded.

"...He was always the guy that, you know he would do anything for anybody even if he didn't really know you, so, the amount of people that came out and showed that they appreciated and loved him, honestly i'm not surprised by it, but it still touches your heart to see it."
-Avery Hoffman, President of MDW Crüe
